As a senior HR practitioner, Mostafa has been actively involved in designing salary structures, implementing performance management frameworks, developing competency models, establishing HR governance practices, and supporting business growth through people-centric strategies.

Driven by a passion for developing future HR professionals, he founded TalentWorks, an applied learning platform created to bridge the gap between academic education and real-world HR practice.
