3-month applied residency: 12 weeks, 2 sessions/week, 3 hours each (72 live hours + 50–70 hours applied work). Learning model: 20% Theory · 30% Workshop · 50% Practical Execution. Graduate with a complete HR portfolio.
During the final stage of the program, participants work within a simulated business environment where they execute HR activities and integrate the knowledge gained throughout the residency. The final project combines Recruitment, HR Operations, Payroll, Organizational Development, Performance Management, and HR Analytics into one practical business case.
